Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Sybil Sight account from your account page at any time.
Sign in to delete your accountDeleting your account permanently removes every paired Sybil Sight and Cue Killer login, email address, purchase record, product access grant, support ticket, and screenshot. Your purchases cannot be restored, and you will no longer be able to use the application.
What deletion covers
- Every authentication account in your paired sign-in group.
- Each paired email and the Sybil Sight or Cue Killer purchase information stored to verify product access.
- The support tickets and screenshots for every paired account, including ticket history and environment details.
What we store
Sybil Sight stores your account email and purchase-access records. If you contact support, we also store the report you submit, its status history, and any optional screenshot you attach. Screenshots are kept on the Sybil Sight website host and are not uploaded to Supabase or the internal product tracker.
Linked product issues
An internal product issue may be created from your support report. When your account is deleted, your account email is redacted from that issue. The technical report may remain for product tracking, but your support ticket and screenshot are deleted.
What stays on your devices
Sybil Sight does not store recordings, routines, transcripts, diagnostics, device information, health information, or other app content on its servers. That data remains on your phone, tablet, computer, wearable, Health Connect, or a provider you configured. Use the app’s purge controls, delete provider data where it is stored, and uninstall the app if you also want to remove local app data.
When deletion happens
Deletion happens as soon as you confirm it on your account page and applies to the whole paired account group. The action cannot be undone.
